Classes of 90 to 92 donate rugby gear to RKS Under 19 team

May 27, 2024, Suva, Fiji - Less than a month after being allocated the RKS Under 19 team to look after for the 2024 Fiji Secondary Schools rugby season, members of the Classes of 90 to 92 - based in Fiji and around the world - were able to collect funds to purchase new training gear for the players.

This included 4 tackle bags, 8 Gilbert Size 5 balls (6 for training and 2 for matches), 30 training cones, a set of a dozen water bottles, 2 kicking tees, a stop watch, a ball pump, and a whistle.

Representatives of the three classes handed over the items to the RKS Principal, the team’s management group and the players in RKS, Lodoni on Sunday, May 26.

The RKSOBs wished the team well for the new season and expressed their gratitude to all the donors, enabling the items to be purchased and handed over to the players before the first game of the year.
